Treat Stamina Dart as route support
Stamina Dart belongs in a support plan, not in every Blowgun loadout. Its stated role is to apply the Stamina potion status to a valid blow-dart target, so the first question is whether extra stamina would change a specific part of the route. A long carry, a rescue, or an exposed return may justify the preparation. A short room search with several safe pauses usually does not. Start from the task sheet and the expected movement problem before spending a potion at the Repackager.
The dart also depends on the Blowgun. Count both pieces when judging the carry cost: ammunition without the launcher cannot solve the route, and a Blowgun without a useful target is only inventory pressure. Bank the setup until the team can name who receives the effect and what that player will do with the recovery window.
Choose the right recovery window
Use support before the route collapses, but not so early that the effect is spent during setup. A practical window begins when the recipient has a clear path and a defined job, such as finishing a carry, reaching a downed teammate, or crossing back to extraction. Confirm that the target is valid, the shooter has a clean angle, and the recipient knows the next turn before committing a dart.
Avoid firing during crowded movement or from behind several teammates. A miss costs limited ammunition and can distract the group at the moment it needs a simple retreat call. If the path changes or a threat blocks the planned lane, reset behind cover and keep the dart rather than forcing the original timing. This guide does not claim an exact stamina gain or duration because those details require controlled, current-version testing.
Assign the dart to a clear co-op role
A two-player team can separate the support job from the carry job: one player holds the Blowgun and watches the route while the other moves the objective. Larger teams should still name a single support shooter so several players do not spend resources on the same moment. The recipient should call readiness, and the shooter should answer only when the lane is clear. That short exchange prevents surprise shots and makes the next movement predictable.
Keep rescue responsibility explicit. If the support player becomes isolated while searching for an angle, the loadout has made the squad weaker rather than faster. Stay near cover, preserve a normal retreat, and treat the dart as a bonus to an already understandable route. It should not be the only plan for getting a carrier home.
Compare stamina support with mobility choices
Stamina Potion is the closest resource comparison because the dart is produced from the matching potion route. Decide whether the team needs a remotely delivered status or whether keeping the potion is simpler. Mobility Potion and movement gear solve different problems and should be compared by the obstacle in front of the squad, not by a generic idea that more speed is always better.
Also compare the value of carrying ordinary task loot, healing support, or control ammunition. If the route is short and threat-heavy, another Blowgun effect may matter more. If the route is long but safe, disciplined pauses and a lighter inventory may solve it without spending ammunition. The right choice is the smallest loadout that reliably completes the current objectives.
Avoid wasted shots and retest after patches
Common waste patterns include crafting darts without a Blowgun, firing before the recipient starts moving, shooting through teammates, using support on a player with no assigned task, and relying on the effect after the route has already broken. Prevent them with a quick checklist: confirm equipment, target, lane, purpose, and fallback. If any answer is unclear, hold the shot and simplify the route first.
Patch Sensitive: after an update, verify that one Stamina Potion still follows the displayed Repackager recipe, that the output quantity shown in game matches the guide, that the Blowgun consumes one dart per shot, and that the status appears on the intended valid target. Record observations from a low-value run and repeat inconsistent results. Do not convert one successful shot into a guaranteed duration, range, or target list.
